How to Redeem — Step by Step​

Browser method (works on any device):

  1. Go to genshin.hoyoverse.com/en/gift
  2. Log in with your HoYoverse account
  3. Select your game server (important — wrong server = code fails)
  4. Type the code exactly as shown (codes are case-sensitive)
  5. Click Exchange
  6. Open the game and collect from your in-game mailbox

In-game method:

  1. Open Genshin Impact
  2. Tap the Paimon menu (top left) → Settings → Account → Redeem Now
  3. Enter code and confirm

Common Redemption Problems​

"Code is invalid" — Double-check for typos. Codes are case-sensitive and spaces matter.

"Reached redemption limit" — Each code can only be used once per account.
